I’m Nwaeze David, a Nigerian business strategist, author and financial educator. Real Estate with Nwaeze David is where I publish plain-language guides that help everyday people, at home and abroad, build lasting wealth through property.

Why this site exists

Most real estate advice is written for people who already have money, connections and a lawyer on speed dial. Most of the people I hear from have none of those. They are first-time investors trying to understand a deal before they commit their savings, working agents looking for a steadier flow of clients, and Africans abroad who want to buy land or build back home without being cheated.

This site is for them. The goal is simple: explain how property really works, show the numbers, name the risks, and give you a clear next step.

Who I am

I’ve spent more than seven years building businesses online, publishing books and teaching on YouTube. I’ve published over 20 books across business, personal finance and investing, including three on real estate:
