These terms apply to your use of realestate.nwaezedavid.com (the “site”) and to anything you buy from it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Education, not advice

The guides, tools, emails and books on this site are for general education. They are not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no adviser-client relationship is created by using them. Please read the full disclaimer.

2. Using the site

You may read, share links to and print guides for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, republish or sell our content without written permission, beyond short quotes with a link back;
• scrape the site or collect data from it with automated tools;
• interfere with the site’s security or performance, or upload anything harmful;
• use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, the Starter Pack files and the books, belongs to Nwaeze David or is used with permission. It is protected by copyright and other laws.

4. Books and digital products

• Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (₦) and US dollars ($). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
• Books are delivered as PDF downloads by email right after payment. Your download link works for 12 months.
• Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read the book. You may not share, resell or republish the file.
• Because books are delivered instantly as digital files, sales are final once the download has been delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If your file doesn’t download or open, email support@nwaezedavid.com and we’ll fix it.

5. Free resources and emails

When you sign up for the Starter Pack or the community waitlist, you agree to receive related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

6. Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some links on the site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

7. Comments and messages

If you send us a message or comment, you confirm it is lawful and yours to share. We may remove comments that are abusive, off-topic or spam.

8. No guarantees

We work to keep the guides accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that the site will always be complete, current or error-free, or that it will be available without interruption. The site is provided “as is”.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nwaeze David is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
